Hi, I'm 17 (18 in June), 6' 185 lbs. I was wondering if I could still grow at least 2 inches or anything at all really (I've been 6' for about a year or two). I eat a lot and work out and run and play basketball some. I've been trying to increase my muscle mass but I also want to actually get a little taller at least. I was wondering if it is possible (or likely) and if there is anything that could help me grow (besides milk and protein, I get enough of that). Will I grow any more? And are there any supplements or miracle foods that I can eat to help that would be safe? Please answer honestly I don't want to get my hopes up, just my height!

no if you haven't grown in the last couple of years, you probably have reached your full adult height. your height is in your genes. there's nothing you can do to make yourself taller.
