Hmm very strange question.
I'm a teenage girl and i work out a few times a week at the gym, but i'm not excessively strong.
Once i gave my male friend a piggy-back at this gig we went to, but it seemed to excite him and i felt him have an erection.
Ever since he keeps bugging me to pick him up all the time. It sounds so strange, and then the other day i saw his history on youtube and all he looks at are videos of women "lifting and carrying" men.
Is this some sort of deluded fantasy? It's a bit disturbing. Is there some sort of name for it?
Any comments would be helpful too :)

Yep, a fetish, but what sort, and why? Anybody else have this? Or experienced it?

I don't know the name of this particular fetish but it sounds like he likes being carried around like a baby. Being treated like a literal infant. It's not a harmful thing. Just don't do it if you don't feel comfortable. Some men even like being fed with bottles and enjoy wearing a diaper. They sometimes ask the willing partner to change the diaper! Seems strange to me too but for some reason things like this excite some people.

No idea if he has a fetish for riding piggy.
If you find it disturbing suggest you don't give him any more piggy backs.

I agree with the others - it sounds like a fetish.
You don't have to indulge him if it makes you uncomfortable.
One word of advice - don't let him do that to you at the beach. His "reaction" could be a bit embarrassing.
Edit: I am sure a there is a name for it (maybe "piggybacking"). But is it that important?

Hey, you started this piggy-back thing by carrying him. He must have discovered since then that it excites him. Next time he asks you, ask him to piggy-back you instead and see if it gives you the thrill the same way :-)
