I'm 5'7'' and 147 pounds is this a healthy weight i've been trying to lose 5-10 but i cant seem to

Wow... that's a loaded question! Like SurFerBabe said, it depends on whether you're male or female, but beyond that, you need to determine if you're overfat, as opposed to overweight. Someone your height could weigh 190# and be all muscle with very little body fat (body builder). Is that person overweight? Techinically, according to the charts, yes... but definitely NOT overfat and in need of a weight reduction diet. So, take a good long look at your own body and decide if you are overfat. If so, get out there and burn that stored energy. If not, try to stop using the scale to determine your own healthy weight. If you don't feel that you can make an unbiased assessment, ask a trusted friend for their opinion.

You are close to your upper limit for ideal weight
100#'s for the first 5 feet
5#'s for each inch
so the middle is 135 #'s
You can be 10% higher or lower than that
121.5-148.5 is your ideal weight
you are not overweight
Any pounds you lose are just for aesthetics

are you a guy, or a girl? if your a guy your like 5 lbs underweight, a girl, 5 lbs overweight, but all in all your at a pretty healthy weight

yes, the heathly weight for you is around 140- 160.... or somthing like that
