exercise!!! Diet!! just start doing you're favorite exercise after awhile you'll feel so motivated and release endomorphine it feels awesome!!

Look at what YOU do eat ! cut sodas and diet sodas and anything with no nutrients and high calories. Drink a glass of water a half an hour before all meals Have a light soup and a small simple salad (Lettuce tomato cucumber ) easy on the dressing with diner(before the main meal).Keep portions to suggested portion sizes and balanced and walk a lot. You will never be hungry an you will lose weight fruit for snacks.. oh also keep track of when you start to feel hungry between meals so you can plan your snacks a little before these times and avoid ever feeling hungry. good luck

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Ingest a tape worm and allow it to suck the nutriance out of your food. It is harmless and you wil lose weight.

You can get rid of it.
