The last question you put on this about your dog, you should be in the next cell with him.

You should ask him how he managed to piddle in the mouth of someone smoking a pipe at the time.

But, to answer your question, I think you should break him out of jail, since he is your brother. I think if you simply find the prison where he is being held, and ram your head into the side of the building as fast as you can, I'm sure you will bust him out in no time at all.

Some questions to ask:
1) Did he do it?
2) What is his side of the story?
3) Is he remorseful and determined to reform?

Whatever you do I think it will be the passing the point of no return so make an informed decesion before taking any action.

The ball is not in your court. The responsibility lies with him. Beware of being asked to send money to the prison for his account or visiting him unless you really want to and especially accepting collect calls. This is based on U.S. prison procedure.

Maybe you should decide that after he gets to smoke Bubba's pipe and Bubba piddles in his mouth in the joint. You may then want to contact Bubba's brother to see how he feels about his brother.

disown him,if a person is that low to be able to do something like that, they deserve to be locked up,maybe while he is in prison he may be made to do the same for one of the older inmates
