I like purified water because I think water is better for you. But 100% fruit juice tastes better than water. So I think 100% Fruit Juice.

Nutritionally, fruit juice obviously offers more than water. Although water may contain some traces of important minerals, juice (almost any kind) is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and usually some fiber.
Of course, there's also some sugar in fruit juice, both naturally occurring, and the stuff that may be added during manufacture. So, if for some reason you need to replace fluid (like exercising), lots of water would probably be better than lots of juice.

The healthiest thing you can possibly drink, without question, is water.
Fruit juice has the benefit of having some nutrients in it, but it also has some natural sugars. This doesn't mean you shouldn't drink it, of course. By all means, use 100% fruit juice as your serving of fruits! But when you want the best drink made for man, have a nice, cold glass of pure water!

Water alone, fruit juices are loaded with sugar and calories, not happening at all... stick to fruits instead, they make a meal and are healthy too

water would be better. You should drink at least one glass of juice a day, but they have flavored water now with extra vitamins and minerals. It taste just like juice, but it has no calories, sugars, or fats. Very good.

Water is more neccesary to you. you must have water more than fruit juice, however if you have had water, then fruit juice will give you more nutrients and be better as long as you get enough water.
my final answer is
fruit juice is healthier
water is more important
confusing, huh?
i agree.

100% water. Juice still has sugar whether or not it's natural. You should still only have so much of it per day, but it's not a necessity like water is.

im going to say water...but i dont think either one is really what you would call bad for you. its just water doesnt have all the carbs and sugars in it that the juice does.
