Muhammad was a son of Ishmael, the son of Abraham.

The words of Muhammad were twisted and turned to hatred by those who wanted to use Islam for their own Power and Profit the same way the Church was twisting the scripture for their own Profit and Power at that time.

The Torah, the Law, was spread to the Gentiles through Christ in the form of the Holy Bible, as was foretold by Isaiah.

The Torah is not in the Koran.

Abraham, who you are alluding too, was not a prophet. Jesus was a prophet by definition but was much more. And the only holy books are the Torah , Psalms, Gospel. The Quran is far from it.

Islam

This is not my idea. I read the Quran, the Hadiths, The History of al Tabari, and Sirat Rasul Allah and what they say about Islam and it is very clear what Islam and its lone proprietor is about.

It is time for the world to get a clue. It is all there for them to read. All four of which I stated above combine to be the authority on Islam. Their message is very clear.

Submit and obey or die. The Islamic scripture teach to kill everyone who are not muslims and all peaceful muslims or hyporcrites as they are called in Islamic scriptures. Everyone is on the hitlist as defined by the Islamic Scriptures - atheists, buddhist, hinduism, christians, jews, agnostics, satanist, well EVERYONE.

Muhammad was a pirate, a terrorist, a pedophile, a rapist, a mass murderer, a slave driver, a false prophet, and we could go on. He developed this plan(called Islam) to satiate his lust for power, sex, and money. In the meantime he has caused millions to lose their soul and right now there are about 1.5 billion more that are in danger of losing their soul.

The so called terrorist or extremist know what their 'prophet' has taught them and they are Good Muslims. It is a shame for the world that a Good Muslim Inherently becomes a Bad Person. Bush says that this is a war on terrorism. That is stupid. You cannot have a war on terrorism. Terrorism is a tactic. We need to wake up and see what is causing these people to kill in the name of their false god and the answer is simple ISLAM. They are promised dark eyed virgins and rivers that flow with wine. Islam is the only religion that teaches is followers that if they go out and kill for their god and die while doing it they are garaunteed paradise. Again, this is not my IDEAL this is what Islamic scripture say. Don't believe me, that is find, read yourself. And for all you peaceful Muslims who do not like to fight, muhammad called you hypocrites and told the Good Muslims to kill you too. Again, it is not what I say, it is in the Islamic scripture.

Islam is the religion in the end times in which the false prophet and satan will use to fool the masses. Satan, has set it up perfectly having them believe that one of their Imans, the Twelfth Imam (Imam Mehdi Alaihis Salaam) is still alive and will appear before the end of the world(Zuhoor).

Anyway, don't believe what I say. I challenge all to read for themselves.

The Quran
The Hadiths(Bukhari and Muslim)
The History of al Tabira
The Sirat Rasul Allah

A rational, logical, and in depth reading leaves the reader with little other choice to come to this conclusion.

What did mohammad prophecy again? If he truly was a prophet, he did the world a disservice by not telling the arabs that the Jews would be returning to "their" land like Ezekiel and others did.

As to your question, they are descended from Abraham (who never prophecied himself or claimed to be a prophet, but anyway....).
