Fish bones are relatively soft. It will completely digest and break down with your stomach acid.
I would have been more concerned if you had said you could still feel it impaled in your esophagus or that you felt things catching in your throat. Since that's not the case, there's really nothing to concern yourself with.

Always have a slice of white bread handy while eating fish with bones just in case you swallow bones. You eat the bread so any bones that are stuck in your throat will stick into the bread and pass on through the digestive track with no problems.

I don't believe that swallowing the fish bone will harm your baby in any way. The only real danger in doing so is that it could get stuck in your throat and choke you to death because they are so small. I looked it up for you and didn't find anything, but if still concerns you try calling your OBGYN for reassurance.

Its just some extra calcium for you.. the bone will dissolve in your stomach acid. Fish bones are only lethal when they get caught in your throat and that is not the case here.

No. It's not like it's going to stick the baby or the baby is going to swallow it. It will work it's way through your digestive system. You gastric acids will break it down. No worries

It should not harm you. The biggest problem with fish bones is choking or possible digestive problems.; however, they tend to be dissolved by the stomach's acid

If it was stuck in your throat then it would be a problem but if you swallowed it it's okay. It will dissolve in the stomach acid, not to worry.

Nah, it won't hurt the baby. When the bone exits, it'll be from entirely the wrong hole to affect the baby.

Very doubtful. You stomach acid should make short work of that little strand of cartilage.
