excercise your legs more...
remember your moving and working your thigh muscles... if you dont exercise them on a regular basis you can hurt yourself, start running more or do leg exercises if you really care...
I love being on top and it hurts me after awhile too... thats when you switch positions =)

Do stretches more regularly, and find a position to put your legs when your on top that takes some of the pressure off your legs, but really you'll get used to it, and they will stop hurting after a while. My first time being on top we went 3 1/2 hrs, I thought my legs were going to fall off.. lol. I almost couldnt straighten them back out, but I found when I put pressure on my hands for part of the time it relieved some of it off my legs, and spreading your legs open a little further, or having him hold you where its like hes lifting you some while you also moving helps a little too.

Practice...practice...practice! Just like any other sport or excercise, the more that you do it the easier it will become. You have to build the muscles in your hips and legs. deep knee bends, squats and leg presses are good excersises in the gym. And I'll bet that your boyfriend is quite willing to help you practice. (if not, email me...) Also, if your legs get tired while you're riding, just rock your hips back and forth wthout the up and down motion. It will give your legs a rest while you finish your ride. wall sits. lean up against a wall with your legs at a 90 degree angle. the longer you can hold that position, the longer you exercise those muscles and are able to do "that" without hurting you legs.

consentrate on the pleasure instead of the work getting there....or exercise your leg muscles more....practice makes perfect..lol i know your boyfriend is agreeing right now. lol, try other leg exercises as well...squats, ect. you can also try a varity of positions rather than just on your knees, try lifting one leg up like your kneeling on bended knee, or squatting over him...so many variations of riding, also may i suggest the karma sutra for other ideas?

Turn around to "froggie style" This way you can still control the action but your legs can rest a bit. Personnally, I love this position and I'm sure you will to....

Try a bed with a headboard and then when you get tired you can lean forward onto the headboard and give the legs a break for a minute.............
