I hope you meant camel toe a.k.a. the moose knuckle....... A Camel foot would be vial.
Anyway, my grandma's got a monster 'toe herself. When I asked her about it, she said that she like to accentuate it by wearing skinny underwear and skin-tight wrangler jeans.
So, I would suggest telling your bologna-lips lover to wear grannie panties and sweat pants or skirts or athletic shorts.
Also, if you delete your account, that will reduce her labia size by 3 inches.

she needs to buy pants that fit her. You could send her to What Not to Wear. She would be embarrassed or maybe a little mad at first but would love you for it in the end. They are always thankful for being on the show. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it is a show on TLC.
