No, this is not good. We as human beings need food and water to survive. You must eat. It is what you eat that will determine how you feel and how your body will respond. If you do not eat, you really do risk damaging your vital organs. You literally starved yourself. And if you take practice in not eating, you should consider telling someone you trust you have a eating disorder.

No its not good unless you are fasting. Which is VERY different from starving yourself. When you do begin to eat you will gain weight. Eat! Fruits, Veggies, Fiber, Lean Protein, Soy, Nuts, Seeds, Exercise, Rest, Water- No starving. Your "success" will not last long if you do not do it the healthy way.

That is awful! Do this. Eat the foods you love in a moderation. Eat Healthy foods like with protien, Potassiam and iron. It will keep your body healthy.

You can do this too: Eat a snak between meals. So you don't pig out!

i have fasted in the past, at the time i felt fantastic, but now looking back it was reckless.but no-one can tell you how you should feel. Girl, get off the internet and go eat something! You can't possibly feel great! When I don't eat for 4 hours, I feel like grabbing the nearest person and biting them. What you are doing to your body is doing waaaaaaaay more harm than good. Please do not do that to yourself.

Not a healthy idea at all! Your body needs calories in order to function properly-start eating! Just do so in a healthy manner and you should continue to feel good!

thats a dumb question...everyone knows thats not GOOD...i suggest if you want to keep some of that weight off adn eat at the same time you should eat 5 small meals every 3 hours and drink pleanty of water BUT EAT

this is not a good thing. its the beginning of anorexia & not healthy for you at all..

as soon as you try to eat again you'll most likely get sick and it just will not be a happy ending
