I think it would depend as to what the individual is looking for.
If they are looking to join others in Condemning and Criticizing others - they will have no problem in finding it.
If they are looking to find answers to questions seriously asked – they will have no problem finding it.
If they are looking for questions that insight hatred of other lifestyles and races – they will have no problem finding it.
It they are looking to just waste time with silliness – they will have no problem finding it.
I feel that they will get a taste of what real life outside of Sunday School is like. Life and the World are not a bed of Roses without thorns. The World is a great big place with all types of individuals. Welcome to reality.
As stated before – it depends on the individual and what they are seeking…
Peace & Love,
Sam

When people try to ask questions that appear to be serious on the face, I'm still reluctant to give a very extensive answer because there are so many people ready to try to make Christians look silly. The poster him/herself could be someone trying to make us look silly, but even if the poster isn't, plenty of other people will come by and make comments that aren't that helpful in reply to the question and to answers.
I'd love to hear your opinion. Maybe we should form an email group if we want to have serious discussions. It's even better if there's a way for really diverse opinions to be expressed with grace and courtesy.

I think that they would be grossed out by all of it.
Those who bash and judge give their belief system a bad name.
Many of the questions are answered by those who don't even share the same beliefs, people who have no right answering; therefore, it is ALMOST impossible to get a really straightforward and proper answer dealing with the real question at hand.
I know one thing.............. it has given me, personally, a different outlook on humans in general. I have seen more hate, criticism and judging on this site than I have seen (or read) anywhere else in my life. So much intolerance is hard to fathom.
Once in a while, a really good, caring, intelligent and compassionate answer or comment comes my way and I, once again, have a little hope for this site.

If a new Christian came to this site seeking answers and asked questions, I think they would get a good idea of how prevelant Christian persecution is and also of Christians behaving very un Christian like which evokes a lot of the harassing responses and questions. Christians need to be more tactful in their responses so as not to turn potentialy new Christians away.

They'd probably look for another religion, Atheists bash it, and then christians respond to the bashing in negative ways. They'd probably figure that most Christians are fundies and trolls that preach hellfire (I know that's not true of all Christians, but some).

They would probably LOL at Christianity. People judge religions based on how the believers and followers act. Most of the Christians in this community act like they are completely incapable of rational thought and highly sensitive emotionally.

I think they would be very disheartened by the combative and threatening way that many christians here conduct themselves. They would have come in here with pride in their new faith and family and seen behaviour from their family no better than the people they must inevitably as new christians be 'burning to save'.

They would see that somehow Homer Simpson and Satan are in cahoots, God is a "pornstar", and Satan's purpose is to make some chick a sandwich. (All real answers from this site...)
Most of all they would see that there is a great deal of interest and debate on the subject and hopefully look elsewhere to find more in depth answers for what they are looking for.
*Thank you for the nice comment*

They would be shocked by the intolerance and arrogance displayed by so many of the Christians who post here.
If this bunch is representative of the religion they are in huge trouble.

I think it would take an aweful lot of reading before the person was able to discern those persons who were sincere, motivated and truly have a personal relationship with God in whom they would be able to trust.
I pray for those persons of fragile faith who may choose to enter this site for just that purpose.
blessings :)
