There is this miracle spray i used to help train my dogs. It makes like an imaginary line/a dominant dog line so that they won't poo or pee in that area. I'm sorry but i forgot what it was called but it did work pretty good.
Also, have you talked to your neighbor about leaving the dog in her own yard or making her come over and pick the junk up.

Other than asking the neighbor to control it or putting up a fence:
Cayenne pepper can sometimes deter a dog (sensitive noses and such) if you sprinkle it around your yard and wherever they have been going. You would need a commercial size, so Gordon Food Service or another place that would sell you a LOT of pepper is a good idea. There are also commercially made products that are meant to deter dogs, such as the sprays someone else mentioned, but also some crystalline formulas that you spread in the same manner as the pepper.

You should talk to your neighbor about this. His/her dog should not be let out without a leash to do its business on someone else's lawn. It's not just rude and un-neighborly, it's against the law in most communities.
If they are unwilling to control their dog after a civil discussion with you, contact you local Animal Control and have them cite the person for it. A $50 fine for letting their little dog dump in the neighbor's yard might get their attention.

Get a fence. Seriously, good fences make good neighbors. Also, talk to your neighbor. Tell them that you don't appreciate their dogs doing business in your yard. Check your local city ordinances, as many have rules/laws regarding pet owners responsibility to clean up after their pet "goes" in someone else's lawn. If it continues, you can always document the time it takes you to clean it, and then file a small claims suit against the neighbor for the time and effort it took you to clean up after their dogs.

First talk to your neighbor and if that doesn't work, take the load and put it on his front porch. Anyway, its a snippy little dog, you cant back down from it, not to mention its mouth isn't big enough to get hold of you. Hit it with a rolled up news paper, its not hard enough to hurt it but it will sting it a bit. You need to do this every time eventually the dog will crap in its own yard.

I think you need to have a friendly talk with your neighbors and have them pick up after their dog. They should also be told that their dog should not be running free or they may not have him/her much long. These people do not sound like responsible dog owners. There are leash laws. Good luck;^)

a lot of people fill up empty milk jugs with water and set them in the yard to deter the animal. Also you can buy dog repellent and sprinkle that around the edge of your yard. I would also start sending your neighbor poopie care packages.

If there is a lease law in your town report it to the dog officer, because it is illegal to have a loose dog. If they don't want to walk their dog at least they could put it on a leash and attach it to the house.
