I used to own a little restaurant and my top fives were all homemade and fairly large servings, nothing fancy but use only the best ingredients-real butter, good vanilla extract...

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Lemon Bars
Any kind of pie

Creme Brulee is my favorite if it's done right--- very creamy custard.
Tres Leche cake is divine. There is a commercial version at Tom Thumb in the bakery and I adore it. Very creamy and light.
I think if you did either of these in small individual sized servings they would be very popular.

I make a cholt. fudge pie to die for ,also home made apple pie with van. ice cream and red Velvet cake, brownies is some thing every one loves and a plain white cake with a fancy frosting. this is what I make.
