Well you may have lost 85 pounds but you need to work on the reason why you were overweight to begin with. There is a problem remaining that didn't change. If you cant look in the mirror and see for yourself then you really should seek some help with whats going on inside your head. Go see your doctor.

I hate to say it but size 8 and 130 lb's is thin...genetically...we cannot lose more weight than out body wants us to...it is from the cave man days of feast or famine...aka...when there is large supply of food...the body stores that as fat (feast)...when there is a low food supply...the body lowers the metabolism or conserve energy (famine)...how does that effect us in this day in age...lets say you weight 150lb 5'5', and 25 years old and go on a calorie restricted diet of 1000 calories...you body need 1500 to maintain your weight...you start to lose weight..the your body thinks it is the FAMINE stage and lowers the metabolism...you then stop losing weight due to this...after a month of not losing more than like 2 - 3 lbs...most will give up...the what do you do but go to a 2000 calorie diet and you body for the first week will just store most of it as fat...so after 2 months of dieting and 1 month of being normal...you end up at about 160 lbs...why...because your body doesn't know the difference between now and cave man days...if you want to lose weight quicker...here is what you do...use the calculator at the link below to figure your BMR...BMR is the cals you burn by sleeping all day...for a woman who is 5'5", 150 lb, and 36...the BMR is 1450 cals...on days you have light physical work...add %5...medium add 10%...hard add 15 - 20%...so here is the suggestion on what your cal intake should be vs the cals you will burn figuring your 4 day a week workout days burn 10% more than norm.
Day of week = Intake - burned = difference
Sunday = 1400 - 1450 = -50
Monday = 1400 - 1600 = -200
Tueday = 1400 - 1600 = -200
Wedday = 1400 - 1450 = -50
Thursday = 1400 - 1600 = -200
Friday = 1400 - 1600 = -200
Saturday = 1400 - 1450 = -50
Add it all up...950 burned cals...translates into about 1lb every 2 weeks or so...but remember you will gain muscle too...just on the non workout day...take a walk around the block...go skating (burns more cals then walking)...anything physical will burn more cals...the theroy is to not lower your intake...but to raise your burning...that way you can keep it off...if you have any question...e-mail me
-----
added:
you can use this to tone up too...not just for weight loss...to tone...just increase your calorie intake on your work out days enough so you don't lose weight...but still work your body

no that is not fat. you have done a great job losing what you can so far. you don't want to sacrifice health. just continue to do what you do and don't be concerned so much with "losing weight" in terms of actual numbers of pounds. just make sure your clothes stay comfy and your self-image stays positive. as long as you are eating healthy and working out, you have nothing to worry about. i would be most concerned about the fact you feel guilty after eating. get that addressed first. good luck!

if you havent- try switching up your workout routine because you may have hit a plateau or cut out all carbs from diet. congrats on everything so far!!! your mind may be trickig yourself into thinking your fat but you need to examine your feelings and find the cause. you also need to look at your past and all of the weight you have lost so far and commend yourself for that. im 20 post preg and dont even think i could get down to 145! lol so you are perfectly normal -CONGRATS!

If you're wearing a size 8, you are not fat.
Sounds like you do have an eating disorder, though because of the extreme fluctuation in weight and the guilt you feel when you eat.
Please get a counselor.

Everyone knows a Size 8 is not fat! You are not skin and bones but healthy is the new thing! Besides you should not care what other people think about you. If you feel good about your image that is all that matters!

You are perfect. Very Healthy.
If you really are worried about your body then Use your kids! Believe it or not they are a great exercise tool. Play active games with them. Use babies (not newborns) as "weights". They will think you are playing with them, but you are getting a great workout. If they are older, Walk to the mall or a store they like. Powerwalk through the mall with them too.
Hope I could help you!

Gosh, well done on losing all that excess weight! Right now you should be feeling fantastic, I think you just need time to adjust to such a drastic change. Now, it is just a case of maintaining your weight and toning up.
Take care : )
