Ofcourse, a good boss and a good job will make perfect match. But, if you couldnt get both- all other things being equal- which one would you prfer: A great job where you might question your boss's values, or a so-so job where you got to work for a person with integrity?

Give me the great boss anyday. What is the point of having a great job with lousy management? Additionally, it honestly couldn't be feasible to have a great job with a boss who lacks integrity. Eventually, they will make your life miserable and if you aren't happy no matter what the perks of the "great job" are you wouldn't be able to fully enjoy it.

I would take the great job. If your job sucked, it wouldn't matter who you worked for the job would still suck and you would hate doing it and going to work. However, if you liked your job and enjoyed doing it, you would be a very productive employee and I can't see a boss having a poblem with that so you should have no problem with the boss.

A great boss...any day.

This job was a crappy job when I had a crappy boss...He quit, and the new guy came in and now it's the best job I've ever had! I have already told him that I'll follow him wherever he goes!
