The asker (heatherc...) does not allow e-mail or IM. I want to offer another (possibly better?) answer to her question, so how can I contact her?

I guess I am missing how this question relates to Pain & Pain Management.

Anyway....seems that the other people aren't very creative if they keep telling you that you can't contact this person and to move on. Try this. Pull up the questions this person has posted and pick one that is OPEN and is still accepting answers. Select that question and tell the person that you have a better answer to their previous question. Repeat the original question and give your answer. It is a long way about getting your answer to the ASKER....but there is a way. Give it a try.

upload a remark to the question. comments are constrained to 3 hundred characters and you are not getting any factors for them, yet once you maintain your answer large-short you may help out the asker even if if the question is closed.

Apparently the asker has moved on if the question is closed. So should you.

You don't. You accept that the question is closed and move on.

The most you can do is click on the resolved question to open it and add a comment. Though it is unlikely the person will go back and read it.

We don't expect anything from anybody. This is just a help for those who are in need. Many of them thank; that's all. Always keep PLEASED.
