I've been trying to achieve my goal of a solid 6-pack of abs for the summer. I'm 6'9" tall weigh around 230 lbs. and have a body fat % under 9%. I lift weights with regularity and workout all the time as I'm a collegiate athlete...anyone have any tips I have a flat stomach and when i flex i can see that im close but i just cant seem to finish off this task

at single digit body if there isn't as much definition on the abdominal region as you like then you need to increase the size of the abs by using weighted abdominal exercises to stimulate hypertrophy in that region.
