Your question is quite thought-provoking, but your explanation is more so! I have two answers:
First: To answer your question, at certain times in history (the Middle Ages and beyond) had Jesus performed or been perceived to have performed the "miracles" accredited to him in the Bible, he would definitely have been considered to be a witch and would surely have been tried as one, doubtlessly failing the trial and being condemned to death as was his Biblical fate.
Second To expand upon your theory, I have had reason to think that Jesus (by another name) was a Magician -- not the sleight-of-hand type, but a genuine Magus who performed real Magick. There isn't space enough here to elaborate upon that concept, but it is my conditional belief based upon introspection and imagination!

Jesus did not practice witchcraft - he performed miracles. He did this thru the power of the Holy Spirit (this ability was passed on to the twelve disciples and later evidenced in the book of Acts). Jesus himself said that he drove out demons by the Spirit of God (Matthew 12:22-32; Luke 11:14-23; Mark 3:20-30).
Keep in mind that if you believe (like myself) that Jesus was God and God had commanded in the Old Testament to Moses that you should not suffer a witch or sorcerer to live, Jesus would not contradict God by being a witch or sorcerer.

It is an obscure Jewish belief that Jesus practiced witchcraft, because they do not accept him as a prophet, and only a prophet can perform miracles.
However, it seem unlikely that Jesus would have willingly violated the Mosaic law that forbids practicing magic or witchcraft.
As one person has already noted, it seems odd that you can believe in witchcraft, but not miracles.

What's the difference between a preist laying hands on a person and that person getting cured and a witch/shaman/etc doing "magic" and the person is cured?
Want to know the answer? Nothing. If magic does exist, it is tool like everything else in the world. Magic itself does not discern between good and evil......it is up to the user to determine which is it used for.
Who says witchcraft is evil? I'm guessing it it came from god, just as much as any miracle did.

I'm sure he did practice white magic like spells and potions. That's how he performed so many miracles. He was a master of the elements, forces and other energies. He was a wizard.

Ah yes, Jesus was a very skilled sorcerer. And I don't mean 'sorcerer' in a bad sense, but rather as someone who practices magic and does some pretty mind boggling stuff. Alchemy, necromancy, alteration, evocation... Jesus did 'em all!

I believe He performed miracles- and I also believe that being raised from the dead is the greatest miracle of all. Without His death I would not have life, because I am a sinner-and to be saved is a miracle!!

The answer to this question depends on how you define witchcraft.
