You have absolutely no power over HIM, you have power over his penis. You might be surprised, but any other woman has the same "power" over your boyfriend.

Are you trying to show the public that you have power over him? Or you just want to show him that you have power of him?
I think as far as an erection, the (lack of) disbursement of power, should be between the two of you. It's not necessary to show the world. It's rude and inconsiderate of you to put him thru that kind of embarrassment. would you enjoy it if he were to cause you to have an orgasm in public while everyone stared at you moaning and screaming?
furthermore, it's not rite to leave him hanging with an erection. if u're gonna finish the job in public, then he may not mind, but since he's upset about it, then u're clearly not.
u have issues u need to work out on ur own. work it out before u mess someone else's life up!

if you bf is not enjoying it then you should stop before a storm comes that you can not control. you may like teasing him because of the power that it shows over him, but one day you will lose that power because he is going to break that power and the relationship to. you want to do everything to keep him happy and not agitated. think of it this way what if he would tease you causing a large amount of arousal to the point that you soak your under garments and then you begin a drip how embarrassing would that be for you. unless you are doing it to get him too have sex with you out doors and if that is the truth talk to him about it.

That is kind of rude, i would respect your boyfriend! Plus it makes you look gross in public when you do it! If that is the way you always want to present your self then find a new boyfriend that likes you to grab him down in public and that likes you to have power over his erections!
