is it true that you guys tend to fall in love with women that are like your mom?

In general you will fall in love with someone that has similar attributes to what you are used to. Which, for men, would be someone like their mom or sisters. For women it would someone like thier dad or brothers. It's not an indication of some weird mental disorder or anything like that..

It depends. Guys who have mom issues, like their mom left the family at a young age, or died young, etc. may do something like this. Women have been known to look for their father in the men they date when under similar conditions.
But with a normal healthy family background, no, not usually.

To an extent, yes. Keep in mind, this is referring to his mom's personality traits not physical ones. Throughout a man's life, his mother is the first female interaction he has. I love my mother and I totally respect her. So, based on that, the woman that I marry will have the same traits that will lead to the same love and respect.

I think guys learn from there parents what qualities they like in a person, and so they tend to want someone with those good qualities that they have been shown by there parents.

Not necessarily. Men know their mom's love, but not all guys have a good relationship with their parents.
