Chef's Jalapeno Hot Sauce. Looks like the regular hot sauce bottle, but the color is green instead of red. Good Stuff!

Hot sauce is very simple to make and tastes much better than what you can get in a jar.
1 can tomatoes
1 jalapeno
garlic salt to taste
Puree tomatoes, chop jalapeno in food chopper. Mix, add garlic salt to taste. For a variation, you may squeeze in some lime and add pepper and onions.
