For those who haven't a clue to what a morel is, its a Mushroom growing in the wild and I won't mention what it looks like, it would be censored.

I love them fried in butter, One of my favorite treats is to top a bison burger with morels and melted swiss cheeese.

Don't care for mushrooms. Hate them actually. Must be a healthier way to eat them other than fried in butter or battered. I would say raw in a salad, or in a casserole of some sort.

Sauté in butter, shallots and/or garlic and add caramelized onions, a little salt & pepper. Finish with a dash of cayenne and a splash of white wine & lemon juice.
