I can't possibly say, I've never met every single black person in the world. However, two of my black heroes are Jesse Owens and Martin Luther King Jr.
And the Ancient Egyptians built the pyramids in Egypt (if those are the pyramids you're on about)

This is a really funny question. The best "Black Person" of all time? Hard to say...it could be many answers, all for different reasons; same as white people, Indian people, Asians, etc.
But here's my list of Top African American people (those who have made a difference):
