Twice a week is more exercise than most people do. Is it worth it? If your goal is to keep your body in good condition, then yes, I'd say it's definitely worth it.
You should consider increasing it to 3 or 4 days a week if you can spare the time, and add some stretches to your routine. Maybe join an aerobics class or something once a week for variety.
It might be a good idea to consult a personal trainer to determine the optimum program for you.

To be just healthy, you need 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and 3 days of weight training (leave a day in between for recovery).
you are at a healthy weight, although it's hard to be acurate since I don't know your body type.
PS muscle weighs more than fat. So you could actually weigh more but look smaller!

Any movement you do is good for your body. I exercise at curves twice a week for 30 min each.

ANY exercise - even only twice a week - beats no exercise. If you don't exercise at all, your muscles will atrophy and you wil lose strength and stamina. Your immune system is more easily compromised then, too.

That's fine, you're doing it in a healthy way. It's great that you want to be healthy. I am excercising everyday now, but for different reasons, one for being healthy and to lose weight. Now that I think about it, I can't imagine getting zero excercise like before.

It's got to be better than nothing. It'll be good for your heart, it'll mean you can sleep better, wake up better and feel better in yorself. Cant say better than that.
