I always thought I was rather misproportioned or something. I'm female, 5'6", 121lbs (55kg), not large chested, waist=28.5, hips=34, size 6 dress/blouse, size 8 pants. I think I have a bigger bottom than top from looking at my measurements, but everyone says I have no ***. People assume I'm a size 0-4, but though I wish I was, I'm not. My thighs are ~18inch, calves 13in (relaxed & flexed). My arms are actually not that bad... my left arm is 9inch and 9.75 (relaxed & flexed, respectively) and my right arm is 9.5inch and 10.5 (relaxed & flexed, respectively). I'm not ashamed of my measurements, but I don't think I'm proportioned very well... or am I?? What can I do to improve?

what is your body fat %? if your body fat is at or below normal levels for your age range then your physical measurements should be ok. the body composition is what matters in terms of health

But 34 inch hips would usually be a be a size 1/2, are you measuring around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks? Otherwise I can understand why people guess you as a size 0-4, because 34 inch hips are very small.

You sound either ruler shaped or maybe top heavy if your bust measurement is more than 35 inches (upside down pear).

Everyone is different you know, you should feel confident with your body because there is nothing wrong with it.

Take care : )
