The actuator in the drivers door is not working, either the actuator is faulty or the door switch has gone west.
Remove the door switch and with a test light check you have power in, if not then fuses are at fault, if you have power then activate the switch and see if you have power out, if no then the switch is faulty.
If you have power coming out then it is the main actuator in the drivers door which is at fault, not an easy job to fix for a novice, so take it to a dealer and get them to take a look.

If the switch on the door panel gets wet, it can short out and burn. I had a similar problem on my 02 Ranger. I took it to the dealer and they replaced it free.

Probably door lock actuators. They fail often.
