I have had acute nerve pain in my neck for 5 months. I have been to a chiropractor, 2 neurologists, massage therapy, and pain management (epidural shots). Nothing has worked. Today I had my first session of cupping and accupuncture. I feel pretty good, but sore. i just want to hear some stories from other people to see if they had good results and if this works. Thanks!

You need an MRI of your neck to rule out a herniated spinal disc or arthritis. There are a variety of meds that can help reduce your pain (Neurontin and Lyrica are great), but the exact treatment will depend on the cause of your disease. Keep shopping around for a neurologist that you like--good ones are hard to find.

There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases especially the NERVE pains. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. Keep going.

I have known many people who say that acupuncture has saved their lives, by reducing their pain levels. I think as you continue the treatments you will see what happens for you. Everybody's body is different and therefore responds differently to therapies. I certainly hope this works for you.

The picnic table I used became additionally clever for this, employing the table floor to help the leg being stretched, and there became a handy tree next to it that I used to help do the twist. good success!
