East New York is nice but Glendale, New York I believe is even nicer, but ready to brake ur bank because the houses in NY r very expensive n I mean very.

Avenue K in Flatbush close to Ocean Parkway is really nice. The houses there nevertheless go for big bucks.

well locations you put are brooklyn and to those i would add another - DUMBO. look into it. also brooklyn, close to new york city.
