You don't. Out of respect for her feelings, and because it would tick you off to have someone else jockeying in on your relationship that way, you remain a good friend and nothing more.
If the relationship ends, and after you make sure you aren't gonna be the rebound guy, you tell her you'd like a chance.

Flirt with her, touch her, and hold eye contact. That will 'tell' her you like her. You don't have to actually say a word, she'll get the message.
But she already has a man. So go off and find some other girls for the time being. When she's free, she knows where to find you....

Well first it would be a good idea to find out if this girl has any feelings for you. You can always just tell her and hope for the best but I'd say for the best chance...wait until she's single.

Actually it is flattering to know that someone could be interested in me other than my boyfriend. But that's as far as it goes. If am involved with someone, i don't want other guys to keep on flirting with me. So maybe, hold your feelings for a while, when she's free..It's your turn to shine...

A look can say a thousand words BUT do you want to risk getting a broken heart ? A look is all it would take from her if shes interested and if shes NOT she won't or shouldn't lead you on. But hey she isn't engaged is she? If she is leave her alone !

You are being too nice.
Just ask her out.
If she says, "I have a boyfriend."
Reply with, "But you're not married."
This puts you in the game and tells her that you are an Alpha Dog and her "boyfriend" is only a puppy in your yours.
Whether girls/women want to admit it they prefer the Alpha Dog.

Wait until she's single and then talk it over with her. If you truly like her, you're not going to march up and attempt to distract her from her boyfriend, you're going to respect her choice to be with him and wait your turn.
