No. Many people are asymmetrical. Their nose is crooked, one eye is set differently than another, etc. Perfect symmetry is pleasing to the human eye, perhaps because most of our world has charming asymmetricality built in by evolution and genetics.

No, they don't. Take a closer look at many faces - not all of them are symmetrical. The closer to true symmetry the more beautiful the face is considered to be. There are other factors, but symmetry is also an indicator of (genetic) health, which is why it is important.

What it means is that if you were to literally draw a line down the middle of your face and compare the right side of your face to the left side, a perfectly symmetrical face would mean that both sides would be a mirror image of the other. So the right side of your face looks exactly like the left side of your face and vise-versa.

There's no such thing as a symmetrical face. Everyone is assymetrical in some way. A crooked nose, a different height eyebrow, etc. That makes everyone unique and no one is quite alike! :)
