I try not to give answers that reflect opinions of beliefs or which might seem like prostelytizing - I do sometimes, but I really agonize over it. I'm agonizing here.
So, I'll try to present a couple of opinions.
Why must Atoms remain hidden. Have you ever seen one? Do you understand them? What about energy - you can see what it does, how it affects things, but not the source itself. Our ancient ancestors didn't understand fire, now we do. The Victorian's didn't understand electricity, now we do. A lot of people today don't understand how computer's work. Each discovery lead to the next. As Newton said - If I have seen so far, it's because I've stood on the shoulders of Giants. Maybe we just don't have all the pieces yet. Einstein in his later life was working on something called Universal Field theory - which is the quest for the one Universal form of Energy - God. Maybe someday we will see God. Maybe that's the point of all this learning.

Position 2. Faith. Maybe God wants us to believe without having to see Him. Maybe He wants us to have out free will and seeing Him would alter that. If I saw God, knew for a fact He was real and could prove it to everyone - I think that would change everything. I'd Know exactly what was expected from me, but it wouldn't be a choice anymore. It would be fear or loyalty - not my own ideas and concepts. Why would you invent anything or create any art or do anything productive anymore when you could just be a little drone believer who knew for a fact and didn't have to make your own choices.

Hope on of those answers helps

The Chuck Norris one seems correct.

Never question Chuck Norris.

No, its because when Chuck Norris gave him permission, he was also waiting for him around the corner, and when God came out chuck Norris gave him a sweep in the temple...

I know you're joking. However, when Moses met God on the mountain. He saw his back side. If he had actually seen God up close and personal, the bible says God's glory would have killed Moses. Just from Moses seeing his back side his face glowed and he had to wear a veil. For others to be able to look at him. However, we may not physically see God. He is with us. I'm not going to go on, because I see your atheist. You probably are very happy/comfortable in your own beliefs. By the way, Ha, Ha.

God is not hidden but can't be seen by sinful flesh. God is a spirit and we know him by revelation of the spirit not by our flesh. When a man seeks the truth he finds him and God gives a gift called faith to those who love the truth and through faith comes revelation from God and a personal relationship with him. I was raised to believe in God and fell away to the point I once called myself Atheist. When I began to search for the truth again i realized i could not see God because of my sin but God was with me the whole time. God does not hide but sometimes we can be blind.

You do not have to go with God being hidden, if you confess your sins, the Lord will reveal himself to you. You will know in your heart and see through spiritual eyes and believe. Even a sinner has no excuse as to God ...everything around us says He is present and He asures us he is with us always....please don't doubt Him, give salvation a try, ask Him to prove Himself, ask Him to show Himself to you, not to be funny, but to take your doubts, He is a good God and loves you. Let me know how it goes. Be blessed.

I'd love to see a fight between weird Mohawk guy above and God. I'd bet everything on God.

And just let us know when you're intelligence is out in the open so we can prepare.

God is a spirit that lives in all of us. Most people see God in Jesus because in a way they share the same body.
