Do you know why homosexuality is wrong?

I understand that some holy books consider homosexuality to be sinful, but my question is -- What do you think is God's reason for condeming it?

A long time ago a bunch of old homophobic men wrote down that homosexuality was wrong according to some grand sky daddy. Some people are still buying that crap.

God created man and women

and he also created marrage and he tells us in his Holy Book the different roles of a man and a woman. God tells use in the Bible

Ephesians 5:22-30

"Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing[b] her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all, no one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church— for we are members of his body."

so you see my friend in a marriage the Men is like Jesus and the wife is like the Church - for this is God's perfect creation and the way they should live and reproduce themselfs.

when hososexuals get together they go againts Gods plan and will, for His will for us is for us(the Church = all people that worship him with all their hearts and follow his word) is that we live the life he has plan for use (which is what his Holy Bible states) and through that get salvation.

so if you put a man with a man is like saying Jesus and Jesus
when God wants the Churh (his children to be saved) to have salvation.

This is why God condems homosexuality, because it goes aganst the way he created and intended humanity, reproduction, and life to be.

If you're doing that, you're not reproducing, which was doubtlessly very important when infant mortality was high and the population was low.

it promotes other sins and goes against His plan for proper sexual relationships. other sins aren't only sexual ones and they include: believing that the Bible is not God's word, believing that God's word is wrong or circumstantial, pardoning sins you feel you can't overcome, making excuses for sin, giving into lusts, making false claims (like "the Bible never mentions that it's wrong!"), living in carnality, embracing sin, not trusting God, taking life into your own hands (soulish thing, not suicide), 're-writing' the Bible to fit your views, the fear to go against the immoral grain, etc...

Look at the story of Lot in the Old Testament.

He's the "righteous" one in the story?

I'd call the cops on him in a second if someone like that moved into my neighborhood.

God created Adam, then He created Eve out of Adam. They are 2 parts to a whole. When we marry, and consumate, we become "one flesh" again. That is the most perfect and complete union on earth. We complete one another. When people of the same sex unite, it isn't that perfect completion, it's 2 of the same piece trying to connect when they were meant to connect to the other piece.

Because it's not fruitful. The point of sex in part is reproduction, not just the pleasure of it. That's selfish.
