Call whoever billed you and ask them?

I really need more information.

What kind of bill?

If it's a Cell Phone, you might have exceeded your minutes, and you were charged extra for additional use.

Or if it was an initial bill on a service like cable, or electric, then they might have included hook up fees.

sometimes if you were late in a payment(or they didn't post your payment to the right account), they might not have posted your last payment and included a late fee.

check your bill carefully for hidden charges, and call customer service. If they give you a problem, ask to talk to their supervisor. Customer service can't change your bill without approval from their supervisor.

Call the company and let them know, it might get aggravating dealing with it over the phone but it's worth the 200+ you would be saving.

If you have been paying the minimum on a CC then look closely, they have lowered your credit limit if you are not using the card and therefore you are over limit. Creative finance from CC companies. Use it or they stick you.
