Taste: how things are perceived by the mouth, and specifically the taste buds on the tongue.
Smell: how things are perceived by the nose.
Touch: how things are perceived by the skin.
Hearing: how things are perceived by the ears.
Sight: how things are perceived by the eyes.
There are other senses, but they are generally related to those mentioned above.
