Well I just started to really get into running because I"m geting ready 4 a fight and i'm wondering what are the best shoes 4 cement, grass, in the woods. Like is there better shoes 4 here or there ???

Go to your local running store and let them evaluate your gait. Tell them where you'll be running and how much running you'll be doing. they will be able to recommend the best shoes for your build, gait and runnign type.

I'd say that the best are: 1. Asics, 2. Mizuno and 3. Saucony. Nike makes a lot of decent running shoes, but far too many are either fashion oriented
or do not last long (poor durability). Go to a local running specialty store and get fitted for the shoe that best meets Your needs.
