I don't know how everyone feels I can only tell you what God has shown me.. There are NO INNOCENTS. We have all sinned. We live in a world contaminated by sin and is therefore fallen and capable of terrible results be it by wind, rain, fire, earthquake.. It's all because all of us and even our world is under the stain of sin... Jim

Sometimes, but not always. There are many things that God allows to happen that we don't always have the answers for. Many of the things He does or allows are beyond our limited understanding.

Rather than get angry at the evil and tragedy in the world, it's better (though more difficult) to sit back and realize that God has everything under control and that all things work for good for those who put their faith in Him.

God has promised salvation, not protection. Consider accidents. Gravity and physics operate with equal effect on the righteous and unrighteous, the innocent and the fallen. God gave us free will. We are free to be evil and do harm to others. If it were not possible to harm the innocent, then it is not possible to excersize free will.

Bad things happen to good people. Good things happen to bad people. God answers some prayers as we wish, God answers some prayers differently. None of these things manifest God's judgment, but they do manifest God's plan.

There are many reasons why tragedies happen. Even to good people. Just because you are good, doesn't mean nothing bad will happen to you (or anyone). Trials are in our lives for a reason. Even tragedies.
