Any kind of spumante or Asti spumante will fit your needs. They are a type of sparkling wines that are sweet and corked like champagne, so still fun to pop. A nice and cheap but still good tasting one is J Roget Spumante, one that's a little more expensive is called Asti (it's a black bottle with a black and gold writing on the label) is also good.

A little less mainstream, but awesome, is Risque' by Toad Hollow. It's a sweet sparkling wine, and fairly widely available.

As an interesting side note, Toad Hollow is owned by Robin Williams and his brother Todd, who he used to call Toad when they were kids.

M&R Asti is a great choice and the number one seller world wide.

If you want one that will knock your socks off try....

Banfi's Rosa Regale... It is a sparkling red wine that is unbelievable. For about $20 or so...

Cooks is about $4 a bottle and sweeter. But for a nicer sparkler, try to find Mumms demi-sec, it's about $19.

Asti is a popular one. Sweet sparklers are not very common.
