Any chrome is too much (I am anti-billet and anti-chrome!). I prefer monochrome, preferably flat black, although I also like flat red. (Lose the ugly 22" wheels...Ugh!!)

It would depend on the color of your truck also, on certain trucks you can definetly do too much chrome and some colors and styles chrome just doesn't work very well....But No, i personally think that the handles add a nice touch and am looking to get some for my truck but i don't like the gas caps...too much chrome is when you have all of that and the chrome fender trim...but no, i think your fine lol Oh and definetly get the billet grill, i'm sure it will look awesome!
Hope my imput helps lol

Since your talking about a truck the first piece of chrome you add is too much, don't change the wheel size either leave the vehicle original unless its 4WD, then get bigger wheels and tires with a lift kit, other than that don't be adding chrome to a truck, its a work vehicle not a mexican POS.

I think your current plans are just enough.
The gas cap may be over doing it a bit, though.
