There are many ways of saying the same thing in the Irish language.

The first translates to 'I miss you all the time'

The second is the phonetic spelling of the first

"cronaím thú an t-am ar fad" translates to 'I feel the want of you all the time'

The third 'Mothaím uaim thú i gcónaí' translates to 'I miss you always'

Mothaig is the verb 'to feel'

'Mothaím uaim' is to 'miss' or 'feel the loss'

'Thú' is 'you'

'I gcónaí ' is 'always'

Gaelic says a lot of things idiomatically and sometimes there is more than one way to say something. Especially, since there are several different dialects and sub-dialects of Gaelic too: Connaught, Munster, Donegal, Tir Chonaill, Tyrone, East Ulster etc.

Both of the examples you have are probably correct but I am familiar with one that is in between the two:

Airím uaim thú i gcónaí (Arr-eem wem hoo uh goh-nee).

In Irish Gaelic, 'thú' is pronounced as "hoo" with the 'h' sound.

I'd agree with:

Airím uaim thú i gcónaí

The first one. You can also say "Airím uaim thú i gconaí"

The second is the first phonetically.

The third is just wrong.

"cronaím thú an t-am ar fad" is correct.
See http://www.englishirishdictionary.com/dictionary and type in "miss" in the English box. The third entry down under "usage" gives you the translation.
