I had to help a former JW recover (she's now Wiccan, and come to me as a student with a LOT of trouble) and I've never seen a girl with such low opinions of herself and others. I am pretty much prepared to believe anything.

Are you saying JW upbringing made you a tad anti-social? It happens.
I was raised in Armstrongism or what was known as WCG. Yeah I was always told people are bad. The people who don't believe the way 'we' do.
Well, people are bad in general but it has nothing to do with your church. You should give everyone a chance and come out of that anti-social mentality.
If you believed anything they ever told you and your new friends(boyfriends) disagree with that and ridicule you for them, the they aren't friends at all.
If your sister's email was upsetting to him then that's why it took so long to understand what you told him. He had nothing to go on but your word. He witnessed what you were saying.
This does not make the JW's wrong. It merely says your boyfriend doesn't subscribe to their belief.

One must be drawn to God by faith that is based on knowledge of him and his purposes, which knowledge is obtained from his word of truth, the Bible. Appropriate, therefore, are Jesus’ words: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6, NW) The same fact is shown in the statement of Jesus, at John 6:44 (NW): “No man can come to me unless the Father, who sent me, draws him, and I will resurrect him in the last day.” To the same effect the apostle Paul wrote the Hebrews: “Moreover, without faith it is impossible to win his good pleasure, for he that approaches God must believe that he is and that he becomes the rewarder of those earnestly seeking him.” (Heb. 11:6, NW)
Humility is required. It takes a humble person, conscious of his spiritual needs, to come to Jehovah in dedication. It requires a humble recognition of inherited sin and weaknesses and a repentance that is sincere. These good essentials were evident in a course of early converts to Christianity. “Now when they heard this they were stabbed to the heart, and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles: ‘Brothers, what shall we do?’ Therefore those who embraced his word heartily were baptized, and on that day about three thousand souls were added.” (Acts 2:37, 41, NW)
Naturally, we are free to choose which path to take. But, since our eternal welfare is at stake, that choice is virtually important. Hence, discernment is "acuteness of judgment." It is "the power or faculty of the mind by which it distinguishes one thing from another." A person with discernment perceives subtleties of ideas or things and has good judgment. (Romans 16:18)
August 12, 1979, “La Stampa” pointed out that Jehovah’s Witnesses in Italy are “the only religious community having such a surprising growth rate. However, they practice what they preach . . . Their preaching is not just words but a way of life . . . they are the most loyal citizens anyone could wish for: they do not dodge taxes or seek to evade inconvenient laws for their own profit. The moral ideals of love for neighbor, refusal of power, non-violence and personal honesty (which for most Christians are ‘Sunday rules’ only good for being preached from the pulpit) enter into their ‘daily’ way of life.”

Maybe Jesus was a drunk and false because the Pharisee said so.
The world is a great and secure place to live, ask that to the majority of people and they will tell you if JWS are wrong.
And by the way it is easy to see you are false because we don´t accept dreams as revelation.
Good idea, send us the email to see the "proof" maybe we can "open" our eyes.

properly I stay on the coast. I have been given baptized in 1974. specific there have been human beings asserting that it replaced into available. I submit to in recommendations questioning that i did no longer think of it could happen, as a results of fact it is going to come "as a thief in the night". i do no longer submit to in recommendations listening to something from the platform or written down in literature. I do submit to in recommendations it replaced right into a time (top after the peace/love flow) while human beings have been in seek of solutions. in case you even hear to the songs decrease back then, they have been very confident that there could ultimately be peace! of direction, how many speeches have politicians and clergy alike pronounced 'peace and protection'. besides, decrease back to that ingredient era; i replaced into one in each and every of roughly 14 people who got here into the actuality, quite lots via a pair witnesses. It replaced into an enticing time. I submit to in recommendations human beings leaving decrease back then as a results of fact they have been upset that 1975 wasn't what "they" was hoping it could be. yet, it wasn't that many and quite lots expected while it exceeded off. that's purely yet yet returned that Jehovah has wiped sparkling out the congregations. It exceeded off then and keeps to happen. 1974 & 1975 have been very important circumstances in history. So, no longer something to be upset approximately. permit's settle for it; if someone is serving Jehovah for in uncomplicated terms a "DATE" they don't have organic purpose. they have a divided-heart. no longer genuinely everyone in the corporation is there for the ideal motives. an exciting area from final week's Watchtower learn: 13 The cry "Peace and protection" would be purely yet another demon-stimulated lie; yet, it won't fool Jehovah's servants. "you're no longer in darkness," wrote Paul, "so as that that day could overtake you because it could thieves, for you're all sons of sunshine and sons of day." (a million Thess. 5:4,5) So enable us to stay in the easy, far far off from the darkness of devil's international. Peter wrote; "cherished ones, having this advance awareness, be on your shelter which you heavily isn't led away with them (fake instructors in the Christian congregation) i will end there. The apostasy starts off in the congregation. it is the reason we could desire to be on shelter. incredibly pondering the term we at the instant are residing.

Your parents raised you with a good head on your shoulders. You were protected from the world by not dating at 10 like the rest of the girls. You were protected from unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases by abstaining from sex before marriage. You were also protected from rape and gangs and illegal drugs by refusing to hang out with wild kids.
You probably finished high school. You seem to be old enough now to be out on your own and you throw a lifetime of good down the tubes to have a boyfriend. He will never agree with you about childrearing. He will always celebrate pagan holidays. He will be patriotic and force you to behave as he does. You are probably having sex with him.
What a slap in God's face. You have good parents. They did their job protecting you. I was raised Catholic and I was under the same strict rules. I didn't get to go out till I was 17 1/2 and I was glad because my friends were getting pregnant out of wedlock and I was too smart for that.
When I was in my 20's I found the truth. Jehovah's Witnesses came to my door and taught me about the bible. I was so relieved to finally be able to learn about God and his purposes. I never looked back. I raised 6 children in the truth and most of them are still happy to be part of the world wide organization of pure worship.
They too went through a time like you are now but they realized that Satan had the rest of the world by the throat. He is going down and he was enticing them to sin so they can go down with him.
Stop and reconsider what you are doing. Men don't usually marry the sluts. They live with them for a while and move on to a girl they can bring home to momma.
Pray about your life and be nice to your parents. They gave themselves for you. It's hard to raise a child with love and caring these days. Most parents don't want to be bothered by their kids so they just let them do anything they want so as not to have to deal with them.
Your parents did everything with you.
And for you.
You bring reproach on Jehovah.....even your name says you are apostate.

The biggest flow in JW doctrine is their non-belief in Jesus being the Son of God.
John chapter 1 verse 1 says
"In the beginning was the word and the word was with Jehovah AND THE WORD WAS JEHOVAH, he was in the beginning with Jehovah."
Then in verse 14 is states
"Then the word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory the glory of the only begotten of the Father (Jehovah) full of grace and truth."
When I've tried to discuss this passage of scripture with JW's they would ignore it and try to talk on something else.
If the truth is there staring you in the face you either have to face it or go on and try to ignore it.
Jesus also stated in John 14:6 that
"I am the way and the truth and the life no one comes the the Father (Jehovah) except by Me."
So this states that we must go through His Son to get to Him (Jehovah).
What do you think about this?

It's like one of those times you see battered kittens or puppies on tv or descendants of atomic bombs you think it can't be possible and for some it may be harded to understand why people will do such things "all is pure to those who are pure"

It's hard for people to really understabnd.
I've gone through it in different situations, slowly he will.
But that's really weired because my mom had a dream like that too.
Give him patience, he's giving it to you. It's good for him to come to these realizeations, then he will understand you better.
