your question does have validity.

However, only one Church can authoritatively interpet the Bible.... The Roman Catholic Church. All other Christian denominations were established by men. The Roman Catholic Church traces its roots to the original Twelve Apostles.

We don't expect you to take us seriously. The whole Jesus thing is a ruse to keep you and all the other morons thinking we're idiots. Meanwhile, we take all of the profit to the bank from the jobs you do for us in our companies. Ha!

One more thing:

ZOMG!!! U GOTTA ACCEPT JEEBUS OR ELSE YOU WILL BURN IN HELL!!!!!!1!!!!11!!!ONE!!

Christians do agree on the Bible, but since you are so familiar with seeing Christians you see more of the distinctions. Think of a religion you know little to nothing about, Buddhism for instance. Do you think the Buddhists see things eye-to-eye? We agree on the core ideas that God is the lawgiver, we are corrupted by sin, Christ redeems us from our sin, and the Holy Spirit leads us to all righteous things.

What passes for Christianity today would not be recognized by the originator. Jesus was a radical figure in His time, an anti-establishment rabble-rouser - which was why he was crucified. The "Christians" who behave in the way you describe are Jerry Falwellians more than Christians. Jesus' message was about love, forgiveness, turning the other cheek - not burning in hell.

christianity is the largest religion in teh world, with ppl believing it across the globe! Of course there are going to be different interpretations! Chistians mostly do all agree on the Bible, its just the interpretations that are different. It the result of sin why this happens. Even ppl in my church dont completely 100% agree with eachother. Its unity, not uniformity.

The fact of the matter is that people make things complicated. Jesus preached simplicity of forgiveness and love. Yes, the Bible clearly states that to enter the kingdom of God, you must believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that he offered himself up as a sacrifice for your( all of us) sinful human ways. It is man that can never just accept truth without adding human weaknesses to it. Jesus loves and died for us all, and it is a free and easy gift for all of us to receive. Denomination and condemnation should never be a message preached, but simply the true peace of God that comes from salvation. Humans are sinful by their sheer nature, and that is why we need God.

Because like any other religion, over time different interpretations of the Bible happen.

However, the overall message is still clear: God is merciful.

believers in Jesus -have repented from sin and been born again=John 3 and agree on the death burrial and resurrection of Jesus for salvation. Hell is a reality and salvation is the key to heaven-will you desire to go to hell rejecting Jesus because of excuses you make?

I am a Jew who believes in Jesus my best friend heart and soul.

Witnessing doesn't do any good without the holy spirit bearing witness, anyway. When the holy spirit is witnessing through you, there is no contradiction or doubt that it is truth.
