There is a Pit Bull adoption link PBRC.
The dogs are not totally free as the rescue groups incur costs in keeping and caring for the dogs.
They are charitable organizations so the donation you make to get the dog is a write off, but more importantly, a dog that needs a home gets one.

Go to a shelter and adpot an homeless pitbull. my cousins has a litter of pit pups but they aren't free you have to go through my questioning in order to get one of these noble family dogs. Pitbulls are the most protective breed. Very family oriented. they are the best. So be kind to them.

There is no such thing as a "full blooded" blue nose pit. Blue nose is nothing but the color of the nose...
Anyway, you will have problems finding a full blooded pit bull of any type for free. And if you do, it will most likely be the product of a byb.
Do some research on the different breeds, decide on a specific breed and after you read every booko you can and talk to owners of pit bull type dogs, save your money and purchase a well bred dog.

I myself am trying to adopt a pittbull. A lot of places have bans on them in Canada. Im in the process of trying to adopt one that was left tied to a tree in Ontario and where they are banned there no one was allowed to adopt the poor guy. However i did come across a website that you can search pitts to adopt. It wont be free though. There will be an adoption fee.

another thing to keep in mind if someone is giving their dog away get info on why. This breed has to be very socialized and maybe that person didnt take the time to. Be carefull cause a lot of these innocent dogs fall into the WRONG hands. And unfortunelty the dogs suffer from it not the IDIOT owners.
Good luck!

Why do you want a pit bull? Or any dog for that matter?
If you want a "tough guy" image, then you don't deserve a pit bull. Go to the gym and beef up.
If you want to make money from fighting, puppies, etc. then you don't deserve a pit bull. Get a job.
If you want a ferocious guard dog - you don't deserve a pit bull. Buy an alarm system.
If you want a loving, loyal, intelligent member of the family who will do just about anything for you - then pay for one - either through the shelter, a rescue group or from a reputable breeder.
If you cannot afford to purchase a pit bull - then don't own one. Buying the dog is just the start - you have to feed it, vet care, walk/clean up after it. Etc. If you can't do this, then you shouldn't have one.

Try looking in shelters or pounds. Urg...I just realized they won't be "free", but you will still have one at an affordable price. Not to mention you will be saving its life probably.
Aren't pitbulls one of the breeds you have to register with the police because of their aggressive behavior?
