well i like this girl and i know 100% that she likes me too. but the thing is i am really shy and i am not doing much about it.
she is always touching me and rubbing on my hands holding my hands and other stuff.
i asked if she wanted to watch a movie and she said yes!
and she is just waiting for me to go out with here.
wat is a good place for first date and do u think i should touch her around too?

a good place is the movies and go out to eat somthing, and to touch her around..not like she does it or you'll freak her out!

You should go to someplace that is fun and can give you an opportunity to talk and get to know each other better. Try miniature golfing or bowling. Afterwards, you can go get a bite to eat and talk some more.
Putting yourself in a situation (like a movie and anyplace where you would be alone) where you might be expected to get physical can be pretty intimidating for a shy guy. Once you and the girl can get a chance to know each other and enjoy each other's company, you won't be so shy about touching, hugging, and kissing.

If you really want to impress her in a romantic way, the perfect place is a picnic in a beach at the sunset. That is a beautiful view and she will fall for you 150% instead of 100%. You can put a blanket under a big umbrella were you are going to seat with her. The food is your choice but try to find out what she really likes. Belive me this could be a date she'll never forget.
About the touching, I think you should play it like she plays it.
