I put on rollers at night for about 5 to 10 minutes and then put my hair in a loose bun at night- looks great the next morning!

braids or twists will give waves on any type of hair. If you have ethnic hair you need to talk to a stylist who is familiar with your hair type. It might be you need a quickie relaxer or a large rolled perm. The braids and twists aren't permanent but the bigger the braid or twist, the looser the waves. It's best to do it the night before and sleep on it if you can..
