Asthma symptoms can vary. It can be a headache, or wheezing, or shortness of breath, or coughing. It seems as though the asthmatic always has the same symptom-which is one of the above. Once you know hers, you can be aware of it then. I always know when my husband or kids are having one-and it's usually before they are aware of it. Please tell her she is hurting her lungs by not treating it when she has symptoms. Also, my Mother-In-Law died from not taking an attack seriously, (she couldn't get to her inhaler in time). It's a manageable disease with medication, but deadly if you are in denial. Good luck with her!

I feel your pain. I've had asthma for 14 years now and have seen several doctors. The truth is, there is no known cure for asthma at the moment. But the symptoms can be prevented. It really depends on what causes your brother's asthma. Mine is usually dust and hot weather. But I think the universal method is using the control inhaler.

I cured my Asthma the natural way?

Well first have to say your girlfriend is lucky to have you, been so understanding etc.
Normally change of weather closes the air passage, (well in my case), and if her breathing becomes erratic.. get her to be open with you, it could save her life.
You knowing when she has the attacks would help her, in the long run.

Good luck
