Yes, it is very possible that you can grow still. Men don't stop growing until the age of 21 I believe. Majority of children out grow their parents ....so your chances are huge.

I have known guys who continue to grow taller as they mature until around 25. So , yes there is a possibility that you can still get taller. Just be sure to eat properly getting good protein, fruits and veggies and some whole grains., some dairy as well and at least 20 minutes of sunshine a day. Don't worry about being a late bloomer. Maybe that just means you will live a long life.

You very well may reach your goal. Although growing at this age has slowed (in most people), you will most likely add a little more height. The tall men in your family work in your favor - see if you can find out when they reached their full height. (Then again, who remembers exactly when they stopped growing? :)) Anyway, if its in your genes, it'll happen. Don't buy into any gimmicky vitamin, caffeine restriction, or urban legend thing claiming to affect your growth. Just be healthy and don't stress about it.

Yeah, you can grow an inch more. Girls usually stop growing at age 18 and boys stop at a later age from what I know.
