Regarding the story below in my details.....should I tell the girl I am tired of fighting with her and that we should both act like adults for the kids sake and that her & my fiance can deal with this? Or not even do that?

My fiance who I have two sons with has a kid by another girl. she's cut my tires, busted a window in our house, tried to fight me when I was 8 months pregnant..those are just examples of the immaturity. She will not let my fiance see the little girl b/c of me and my children. She uses the little girl against him b/c she's the only leverage she has against him. We went to get his daughter one day b/c she agreed to it until she saw I was with him-then tried to come out to the car and fight....And then pulled up her shirt and flashed the whole neighborhood her chest and then turned around and pulled out her booty. This is how crazy the girl is. She calls our phone arguing with my fiance about me and will call me over & over & over.When she gets drunk it 100x worse. I've done my share arguing back but Im tired of it. We've called the cops-she's on probation for busting the window-but she doesnt quit & he cant afford a lawyer for him to be able to see his kid. How do I or "we" handle it

Takes two to fight. If you two really want to resolve this then you will have to do it through the legal system. Restraining Orders can be imposed and she can (and will) be arrested if she breaks the order by calling for no purpose other than to harass or coming by your home or place of employment or within 100 yards of you. She will take you seriously and stop when you decide to deal with it seriously.

She sounds crazy and dangerous. It's so sad for her child that she acts this way. I suggest that the next time she allows him to see his daughter, don't go with him. Let him go alone to get his child and then there won't be so much drama for the child to go through. The worst part about this is the child who is stuck in the middle. You should get legal aide to try and help you....they work for free or very little. Has he ever thought of trying to get custody of his child with her? I think you have a good idea of trying to talk to her and work things out for the kids sake, but i'm not sure someone like her will agree to anything. It would be worth a try though. No matter what goes on always think of what iot's doing to the children first. They are a lot smarter than we give them credit for and pick up on things that are unhealthy for them. You are all going to have to learn to get along because of the children....you will be a part of each others lives for a long time. I wish you the best. Try to get some legal help before anything worse happens.

You and your fiance are going to have to go to court, get a restraining order from her going anywhere near your property, and then get visitation rights set up, so she will not be able to use the child for leverage. You have to do what is best for the children. Don't try and talk to her at all, obviously that isn't going to work, you need to make a legal move, it is your only option left at this point.

You need to start documenting all the missed visits and get a good lawyer. The way she is acting he could very well get custody of the child from her. Keep good records and get a lawyer asap. If she attacks you or does something make sure to file police reports.

I suggest that you hire a lawyer and have all communication done thru this person. That way everything is documented along the way.

If you can prove to the judge what she did and how she is, I'm pretty sure you can get the custody of her little girl.
