very bad idea to go from eating carbs to eating no carbs. you should reduce the carbohydrate intake slowly to see where "your" minimum carb intake needs to be

Do not cut them out completely. I started this about a week ago. I had a headache for the first couple days. I just don't eat bread, pasta, potatoes, rice.....I feel great though now. Just had to get used to eating burgers w/ a fork and a knife instead of a bun. Also when I'm on the go in the morning, I grab a low carb breakfast bowl from Hardees, it's got 6 carbs and is so filling and tasty.

that is not a good diet, you body needs carbs, there are such things as good carbs. i went on that diet for two weeks, i had the worst headace and i had no energy, my body completly shut down on me. the minute i ate carbs i felt so much better, i would suggest you consult with your doctor first. the weight loss is possible, my friend lost 70lbs in 2 1/2 months . good luck
