This girl that I'm friends with and I are in a friendly argument about who could win in a race. I keep making fun of her saying that I would win easily because I have a much better car then her. She has been saying stuff too but am I coming off too strong? I don't want to hurt her feelings its just that she started this whole argument saying that I drive too slow. Should I just stop talking and ignore her or am I overreacting? I said sorry once saying that I'm just playing around and that I was sorry for hurting her feelings. She responded by saying haha your not hurting my feelings. I should not have continued this argument today because now I feel as though I'm being annoying. Do girls like it when she gets challenged by a guy as far as this argument goes? or should I just say she is right and that she would win?

First off, I can tell you that ANYTHING that's dragged on for more than a day or two gets annoying after awhile. Me and my friends (boys and girls) usually forget old jokes and arguments, and cast about for a new subject constantly. Don't drag anything on for too long.
If you feel comfortable joking around with this girl, don't be afraid to playfully argue with her. She shouldn't mind. But if she reacts negatively, just back off. Depending on her personality, she may or may not like it when guys challenge her.
As for the argument, just let it go. Forget about who's right and who's not. Talk about something new.

Bas, All girls are not the same,like us guys we are all wired a little different. Driving slow is a good thing, that means you are being cautious ! Stop talking let it go in one ear and out the other.

well u werent wrong by saying that u could beat her. if u back down from that then she will think she can get her way if she jus makes u feel bad. but if u feel she is hurt, dont get on that subject and if she gets on it dont get cocky just tell her to prove it. if u told her u were messing around, then she kno's so over obsesing on it might ennoy her. but letting her kno how u feel for ex. if u like her n dont want to lose her just tell her that u think u dont drive slo.If she wants to not talk to u again then she is a waste but by wat u r saying...she jus wants time but dont ignore her, give attention
